Privacy and necessary cookies
The portal processes professional contact details, federation assignments, visit answers, supporting files, signatures, receipt records and security logs to organise and document technical venue visits. An IF can access its own federation’s IF declarations. Authorised LOC users can read LOC checklists and IF evaluations. Editing and closing require the appropriate access level and assignment as the form’s sole named writer. Authorised administrators maintain contacts, access and submission records.
The service is deployed on IONOS infrastructure; hosting and processor arrangements remain subject to operator approval. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie and short-lived login cookies. No advertising, analytics cookies or external AI processing are enabled. Draft answers are stored on the server. The fourteen-day draft deadline does not erase records.
For privacy questions and applicable rights of access, correction, restriction, deletion, objection and portability, contact privacy@twg2029.com. The official notice names Uwe Larisch, congroup GmbH, 76137 Karlsruhe, telephone +49 721 75407242. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
The LOC must approve the service-specific legal basis, retention schedule and processor arrangements before real personal data is collected. Private preproduction includes real administrator contact details. Fictitious IF and LOC test accounts are kept in a separate test environment. The service is available online for authorised preproduction review. General operational release and final acceptance are pending.
Recovery copies and response analysis
During editing, private recovery copies may be stored separately from saved drafts. Server recovery payloads are encrypted, scoped to the author and form, and expire fourteen days after their last update; expired copies are purged when the recovery service is used. A protected copy in browser session storage is a supplementary safeguard; availability depends on browser storage and session restoration. Signing out clears the local recovery storage. Recovery does not restore signature consent, create a saved draft, upload files or submit a declaration.
The response dashboard processes explicitly saved answers and active signed records for operational progress and thematic extracts. Working versions are labelled provisional. Recovery copies are excluded. Statistical completeness is not venue approval; quoted statements remain the responsibility of their authors. This processing uses no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies and sends no answers to an external AI provider. These technical arrangements remain subject to the operator-approved retention and privacy policy.
Terms of use
Use only the account assigned to you. Complete every applicable field and explain each N/A answer. Saving a draft does not submit it. Signing records a locked version with a unique reference, server date, hashes and an internal signed attestation. Reopening preserves the earlier signed version.
The draft deadline is fourteen calendar days after the visit, ending at midnight in Karlsruhe. The source IF form’s IGMS upload requirement within one week remains a separate obligation. This portal does not upload to IGMS or establish IGMS acceptance. Its internal attestation is not a qualified electronic signature or qualified timestamp.
Keep comments and photographs relevant to the venue assessment. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. Contact help.me@twg2029-sportvenues-review.net for support.
Accessibility
Our technical accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with review against the applicable German and European framework, including EN 301 549 and BITV 2.0. The technical reference reviewed is ETSI EN 301 549 V4.1.1 (September 2026), alongside the WCAG 2.2 target. The applicable harmonised edition and the precise German legal scope must be confirmed for this service by the operator; publication of a new technical edition does not by itself establish legal conformity.
This is an accessibility objective, not a certification or a declaration of full conformance. Current checks cover the light and dark colour palettes, keyboard focus, form labelling, help, error presentation and responsive layouts. A complete independent assessment, including assistive-technology testing and supporting documents, has not yet been completed. Original third-party PDFs and technical drawings may have accessibility limitations.
You can choose System, Light or Dark appearance. The preference is stored locally in your browser for this interface only; it is not used for analytics or advertising. If local storage is unavailable, the interface still works and follows the selected appearance for the current page.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email help.me@twg2029-sportvenues-review.net. Tell us the page, task, browser and any assistive technology involved. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, recovery codes or sensitive form answers. We will help you complete the task and review the reported barrier.
